Several Buzzy Pazzes within one family
When a second Buzzy Pazz is purchased within your family, you receive a 20%
family discount . The third and every following Buzzy Pazz within the same family is free. All the Buzzy Pazzes must have the same starting date and period of validity.
Third party payer system
Many cities and municipalities, employers or other agencies pay part or all of the transportation costs of their inhabitants, passengers on their territory or employees. The discounts or free season tickets under the third party payer systems are awarded automatically.
There are three systems with discounts:
- discount off the price of a season ticket
- discount off the price of a card
- discount off the price of a ticket
In addition, there are

WIGW+Omnio
The WIGW+Omnio network pass (Buzzy Pazz or Omnipas) is given to:
- Bearers of an 'attestation increased compensation medical care', the so-called Omnio attestation, which is issued by a recognised health insurance company
- Bearers of a valid card for increased compensation from the NMBS. You can obtain this card for free in any NMBS station.
- Bearers of a valid WIGW card (widows, invalids, pensioners and orphans).

How to request one?
- Show you ID card and an original 'attestation increased compensation medical care', and original WIGW card or an original card for increased compensation and you can receive a WIGW+Omnio season ticket from a Lijnwinkel .
- If you want to request a WIGW+Omnio season ticket via the post you must send the request form, the original 'attestation increased compensation medical care', a copy of your WIGW card or card for increased compensation and a copy of your ID card.
People who live off of social benefits or a guaranteed income
People who live off social benefits and equivalent, or people that stay in a local reception centre (LOI) can purchase a 12-month Buzzy Pazz or Omnipas for €32. De Lijn sends these people a bank transfer form based on a file of entitled persons that they receive from the institutions involved.
The elderly with a guaranteed income can request such a season ticket based on an attestation issued by the Ministry for Pensions.
Asylum seekers
Asylum seekers have a right to guaranteed transport (VG). They can purchase a VG network pass via Fedasil (Federal Agency for the Care of Asylum Seekers), the Red Cross or Vluchtelingenwerk Vlaanderen. It costs €32 for one year.
Youths guided by a department of Special Child Welfare
Youths in Guided Independent Living can request an affordable VG network pass. The VG network pass is a 12-month Buzzy Pazz that costs €32. Youths can only request this pass via Special Child Welfare.
Job seekers in career counselling
Job seekers that receive career counselling at the VDAB can purchase a season ticket for €12.50. This season ticket is valid for 12 months. It must be requested via the VDAB career counsellor.
