Dial-a-bus in Limburg

Contact the dial-a-bus switchboard at least 1 hour before you want to travel (2 hours for demand dependent part of a city or regional line). Wheelchair users should book at least 24 hours in advance, within small urban areas with access guarantee of 48 hours (Beringen, Bilzen, Bree, Leopoldsburg, Lommel, Maaseik, Maasmechelen, Neerpelt, Overpelt and Zonhoven).
Requesting accessible travel from our dial-a-bus switchboard is only possible on weekdays. Bear this in mind if you would like to arrange travel during the weekend and on public holidays.
You can book a maximum of 1 month in advance.

The telephone receptionist will ask for the following information:

• Your customer number. If you are calling for the first time, a customer number will be created for you
• Date and hour of departure
• Boarding and disembarking stops
• Number of passengers

If you book accessible travel, your wheelchair must be inspected first. Our inspectors will verify whether your wheelchair meets the conditions. This must be done once, before you can book travel.

Saturdays: 7.30 am to 5 pm
Sundays and public holidays: 7.30 am to 3 pm
24 and 31 December: 6 am to 6 pm

It is best to book at quite times, between 11:30 am and 3 pm.
