What do I have to do if I didn't receive the free network pass for people with a disability?

Contact the Pass Department or drop in to the Lijnwinkel.
They will check whether your information had been forwarded.
If De Lijn has received your information something has gone wrong with the delivery of the pass. We will send you a new pass for free. You will be given a temporary pass at the Lijnwinkel.
If we have not received your information, you must contact the institution that recognised the disability (the FOD SZ or the VAPH).
