What should I do if I have forgotten my travel pass?
It is possible that you do not have your pass, reduced fare pass or proof of identity with you. The inspection staff cannot check on site whether you have a pass or reduced fare pass. For that reason the inspector will always draw up a warning. Then you must prove within thirty days that you are the holder of a travel pass or reduced fare pass.
If you forget your travel pass, reduced fare pass or identity card again within a period of twelve months then you will be given an administrative fine (type 3).
