What happens if I don't have enough credit to buy an m-ticket?

  • The supplier of your m-ticket will always check whether you have sufficient credit (viability) before the m-ticket is delivered in your m-ticketing app. If your credit(viability) is inadequate, you will receive a text from the supplier that you cannot (temporarily) purchase any more m-tickets. 
  • De Lijn is unable to check whether you have sufficient credit. For questions about this you should contact your m-ticket supplier.
