What if the network is down or I have no mobile phone coverage?

You are not allowed to board a bus or tram without a valid ticket. If you want to use an m-ticket, you must therefore activate it before boarding.

If the mobile phone network is not working or is temporarily disrupted before you can activate an m-ticket, that means you don’t have a valid ticket. If this happens, you need to buy a ticket or from the driver or through an advance sales channel.
