What happens to my m-tickets if I have to reinstall the app?

If you have to reinstall the app (on the same device), an already purchased m-ticket, m-card10, or m-day pass will be saved. Already activated tickets will be lost, however.

  • Download the app on your device again. 
  • Go to My Tickets and at the bottom of the screen choose the option to validate your telephone number. By clicking on this option you reset your phone number.
  • Enter your mobile phone number. You will then receive a free SMS with a verification code.
  • Enter the code. Your phone number is now reset.
  • Your purchased m-tickets will be retrieved and will appear in the app under My Tickets.
