What if the battery runs out before you can activate your m-ticket or before you receive your SMS ticket?

If you have not activated an m-ticket and you have not received an SMS ticket before your mobile phone’s battery dies, you do not have a valid ticket. In that case you have to buy another ticket from the driver or a different sales channel before your journey. If you don't, you may be fined for fare-dodging.
