You can request a refund via the contact form:7

  • Select Season ticket refund application.
  • Enter your personal details and account number.
  • In the event of the holder’s death, upload a death certificate (certificate from the municipality or a death announcement), together with a certificate of succession.
  • Send in the application and we will arrange a refund if you are entitled to one.

Tip: Season tickets at a reduced rate (such as Omnipas 65+, Buzzy Pazz for 6 to 12-year-olds and the Preferential Reimbursement/Transport Guarantee season ticket) will not be refunded.

 
If you’re unable to request a refund online, please visit a Lijnwinkel store.
 

Tip: Have you purchased your season ticket online and do you want to cancel it within 14 calendar days? If so, you can exercise your right of withdrawal. This is only possible if your season ticket does not start within 14 calendar days of purchase. Read more about the procedure for cancelling an online purchase.
