Time is precious, and it’s up to you to decide what to do with it. And if you appreciate going where you want, at a time and in a way that’s convenient for you, you’ll want a customised travel pass. That’s why your annual travel pass now has a pause button. So that if you don’t jump on the bus or tram tomorrow, you can pause your travel pass. Register by 1 February 2021. Handy, right?

You can use it to pause your annual travel pass for a maximum of 20 days. From a day off to a longer period, anything is possible: the length and timing of the pause are up to you. The exceptions to the rule are weekends, school holidays and public holidays.

The offer runs until 2 April 2021. We will then get back in touch with you to reimburse you for your pause days. We will calculate the amount and transfer the payment into the account whose number you give us.*

*If you do travel by bus or tram during a pause, you may lose your right to a refund.
