Do you ever travel with an m-ticket, m-card10 or m-daypass? From now on you can buy these tickets through your personal De Lijn account, both in our app and on our website. That way, buying and activation are even faster and easier

  • Your name on your account must be the same as on your ID card. Only then will your m-ticket be valid. 
  • Want to buy an m-ticket for someone else? You can if you will be travelling together. If not, another ticket is required.

Why an account is useful

  • Once you’ve logged in, your m-tickets will be available on all your devices (smartphone, laptop, etc.). 
  • You will quickly have a clear overview of all your purchased m-tickets.
  • Purchases can be made securely through an adapted and user-friendly payment process.

How it works

  • An activated m-ticket now contains a QR code, speeding up any ticket inspection.

What if?

  • Do you still have an m-ticket that you bought without an account? it's still valid, of course. The only difference is that it isn't checked by means of the QR code: a day code or your mobile number is used instead.
  • For m-tickets bought through the app of one of our partners, there's no change.
