Accessibility view

On this website and on the De Lijn app, the accessibility information of the stops is now always shown in all travel information applications (route planner, timetables, real-time passages at a stop). It is therefore no longer necessary to preset the preference.

The symbols that indicate the accessibility of the stop are displayed behind the stop name. If a stop is not accessible, no symbol will be displayed.

Is your stop not accessible? Then also check the other stops on the route (by clicking on the line number). One of the other stops on your trip may have been adjusted.

Your opinion matters

In order to determine the accessibility status of the stops, the De Lijn stop teams record the dimensions and characteristics in our stop management tool.

If you have any questions about the assigned accessibility status of a stop, you can report this here. In that case, we will check whether the accessibility status needs to be measured again. In this way you help us to keep the data up to date.
