How nice! We are proud to introduce you to the one and only chatbot of De Lijn. We owe you a catchy name, as our bot is still in its infancy. It has much to learn – and you can help with that.
When he grows up
When our chatbot grows up, it will effortlessly guide you through all the information on our website. And then you can ask it hundreds of questions! Like: How much does an Omnipas 65+ cost? Can I bring my bike on the tram? What time does my bus to 't Zuid leave?
But until then, it still has a lot of growing to do. Will you help with that?

Our little sprout is definitely going to make mistakes. But it can only learn from them. So be sure to leave a rating in the chat function. We (and our chatbot) take the feedback to heart and only get better because of it.
