Do you want to record an ad in a bus or tram shelter? Or shoot a film scene on a bus or tram? Or hold a photo shoot? In certain circumstances you can.

To enable us to assess your request quickly, please complete the fields below. The information will help us to determine whether we can agree to your request and, if so, how much it will cost. 

Permission to film on regular bus or tram services should be requested at least three working days in advance. If an extra tram or bus is required, the request should reach us at least two weeks in advance. 

Once you have our written permission, you can get started. Our staff may ask you to produce your permission document. If possible, we like to receive a copy of any filming (for professional purposes) before it is shown publicly.

Is a fee payable?              

For professional and/or commercial filming, we charge a fee. There is no charge for filming for private use (such as school assignments) on a bus or tram, but you do need permission. You are responsible for compliance with the image rights and privacy of anyone you film.
