De Lijn Flex

This page supplements the main privacy policy page. You can find information there about the rights you have and how to exercise them.

De Lijn Flex offers flexible transport, which may provide a solution if you’re unable to do all or part of your journey with regular public transport. Book your ride with a flexbus in advance. You can do this using the De Lijn Flex-planner in the De Lijn Flex-app or via the website. You can also make a reservation by phoning the De Lijn Flex- switchboard.

The De Lijn Flex-planner can be used to combine different types of transport, and works out the most suitable solution to get you to your destination. For example, you’ll be offered familiar public transport journeys or you can combine the flexbus with a bus or train. You can also manage, change or cancel your booked rides through the De Lijn Flex-app, website or switchboard.
