Improvement in quality of real-time information
Thanks to the improved system of real-time information, you can now know almost exactly when your bus or tram will arrive at the stop. Get information in real time at the stop, via the app or on this website.
Thanks to IVU (new software for our dispatching service), we are able to show in our app, in the (real-time) stop information on our site and on the real-time information boards which journeys are not running.
You can check the improved real-time information:
Via our app
Click on ‘search’ at the bottom of the menu
Enter your stop or line
Select your choice from the results list
View the different lines with their real-time information
Have you chosen a line? Then you will see the fastest way to reach your destination. Sometimes a ride doesn't run. It is not listed here because we only provide you with the information you need to travel to your destination.
On the stop page in the app you will see the journeys that have not been driven in the overview as 'does not run'.
You can see your vehicle’s current location on the map at the top of the journey page.

Hoe volg ik mijn voertuig op kaart?
The real-time location is automatically updated every 15 seconds.
On the map you will always see the next stop with the status ‘arriving’, and the same under the corresponding stop name below (with a blue dot).
You will only see the vehicle’s location if it has real-time reception. Otherwise you will see one of these messages (example from other lines):
