Opera - escalator to platform A out of service

Due to a step break, the escalator from the ticket hall (-1) to platform A is out of service. Repairs will be carried out as soon as possible. We apologize for this inconvenience. Additionally, we would like to draw your attention to the correct use of escalators. Scooters, strollers, and other heavy objects do not belong on an escalator. Unfortunately, this step break is a direct result of such improper use. To ensure the safety of all travelers and avoid new defects, we expressly ask you to always use the elevator with scooters or strollers. Together, we keep our stations safe and accessible. The Opera metro station is located at the Opera Square at the intersection of De Keyserlei and the Leien.

Entrances

You can reach the Opera metro station in various ways. Use

• the central entrance at Opera Square

• the entrances at Teniersplaats

• the entrance on Frankrijklei

• the underground parking.

Lines

You can use lines 3, 5, 9, 10 and 15 at this metro station.

Platforms

Opera metro station has four platforms:

• platform A: lines 3, 5, 9, and 15 towards P+R Merksem, Wijnegem, Eksterlaar, and P+R Boechout

• platform B: lines 3, 5, 9, and 15 towards P+R Melsele, P+R Linkeroever, and Regatta

• platform C: line 10 towards Wijnegem

• platform D: line 10 towards P+R Schoonselhof
