Customised transport
Basic accessibility consists of four layers: the train network, the core network, the supplementary network and customised transport. De Lijn will remain the internal operator for the core network and supplementary network.
Unfortunately, with stop-to-stop public transport we cannot meet every demand from people with reduced mobility. Where a journey is not possible by bus or tram, adapted or customised transport is a solution.
