So many discounts

There are lots of potential discounts when you buy your Buzzy Pazz. In addition, it will be automatically calculated online whether you’re entitled to a family or municipal discount.

The family discount

Does your brother or sister need a Buzzy Pazz too? Good news – you’ll get a discount! With the second Buzzy Pazz (12-24 years) you get a 20% discount, and with a third Buzzy Pazz (12-24 years) you pay just 66 euro for an annual travel pass. You are entitled to this if:

• every Buzzy Pazz in your family has the same duration and start date,

• all children are living at the same address (or your parents can prove their relationship if they are co-parenting).

Municipal discount

Many cities and municipalities offer discounts, so you can use a Buzzy Pazz at a special low price.

Employer discount (for the over-18s)

Some employers will pay part of the cost of your travel pass, so you can use your Buzzy Pazz for commuting. Ask your employer.

Where can I buy my Buzzy Pazz?

You can buy your Buzzy Pazz online, using the contact form or at a Lijnwinkel store in your area.

Online

Renew or buy your travel pass online in less than one minute! If you’re entitled to municipal and/or family discounts, this will be automatically calculated for you.

You will receive your Buzzy Pazz no later than 15 days after your order.

If you’re renewing an existing travel pass, you can start using it the next day.

Using the digital form

Complete the digital application form.

You’ll receive a payment form 7 days later and your Buzzy Pazz will be in your letterbox 7 days after that. If you’re renewing an existing travel pass, you can start using it the next day

Are you buying a travel pass for the first time? Be sure to bring your identity card with you.

If you’re renewing an existing travel pass, your national registration number is sufficient. Pay for your Buzzy Pazz and try it out right away.

Are you eligible for a family discount? Then we ask for a recent household composition certificate (no more than 3 months old) and/or an extract from the birth or adoption certificate or instrument of recognition. This can be obtained from the municipal authority or through the electronic counter or the Mijn Dossier / Mon Dossier application.

Good to know

• You get to choose the travel pass start date yourself (up to 100 days in advance).

• Your travel pass will be loaded on a MOBIB card.

• Scan your card whenever you get on or off.

• If you board digitally, you are not obliged to have a MOBIB card with you. But keep in mind that your smartphone battery may be flat, the internet connection may be unstable, etc. And then you still need a valid ticket!
