De Lijn offers business customers with a third-party payer agreement the opportunity to promote the use of public transport (bus/tram) among their employees for specific types of travel (commuting or business trips) by providing free digital 10-ride trial cards.

Key Terms and Conditions

• Your company or organization has a third-party payment agreement and customer number with De Lijn.

• De Lijn determines the number of available 10-trip trial passes per customer.

• This promotion is exclusively for employees to try out their commute or business trips with De Lijn.

• You must clearly communicate the trial offer and the relevant De Lijn offer within your company or organization.

• Participating employees may not hold a current De Lijn subscription.

• Employees must have a (personal) De Lijn account.

• Employees can only participate in this promotion once.

Application procedure

You can request the digital 10-ride trial cards as part of a specific promotional action or individually per participant (e.g., for new employees or employees who have recently moved).

The application for a 10-trip trial pass is always made through De Lijn's business portal, using the employee's login details. Employees must therefore first create a personal account before receiving a digital 10-trip trial pass.

To use the action, the participant must have a personal account with De Lijn with the specified email address as the login.

If the participant does not yet have an account with De Lijn, they must first create one before requesting a free 10-ride trial card.
