Google Maps

Since 2012 Passengers have been able to plan their bus or tram journey using Google Maps. To be able to provide the travel information, 40,000 stops were included in the satellite images that Google Maps use. If a stop is clicked on, the bus or tram lines that pass by and their arrival times appear.

Passengers can calculate a route by putting a needle on the map or by entering the place of departure and arrival. The routeplanner shows the various suitable routes on the map, including the full timetable of the line and possible changes. Through Open Data, Google Maps also shows real-time positions. In addition Google Maps also describes the route.

Google Maps can be consulted on the PC (http://maps.google.be) and through a smartphone (www.google.com/mobile/maps/).

Just keep in mind that Google updates the stops every 3-5 days. Recent changes might therefore not be included.
