Here’s how to proceed:

  • As a city or municipality, request your account with Epsilon Cities.

  • Choose from the range of bus stop facilities available.

  • Submit your application through the online platform of Epsilon Cities. Ensure your application is complete, including a detailed situation sketch and layout with dimensions. We use this information to verify accessibility status.

  • We review and approve the plans. If the plans do not comply, we will contact you.

  • Place your order by signing and uploading the purchase order.

  • Epsilon Cities will agree on a provisional installation date with you.

  • Pay the invoice you receive.

  • Provide evidence of preparatory work through the platform.

  • Schedule a final installation date with Epsilon Cities.

  • After installation, we will dress the shelter with the correct informational posters and stop sign, and conduct an on-site inspection to verify accessibility status.
