Ordering stop accommodation
Good news: ordering stop accommodations in your city or municipality can be done in a few simple steps. Through an online platform developed by Epsilon Cities in collaboration with De Lijn, you can place and track your order for a stop accommodation.
Bus Stop Facilities
Here’s how to proceed:
As a city or municipality, request your account with Epsilon Cities.
Choose from the range of bus stop facilities available.
Submit your application through the online platform of Epsilon Cities. Ensure your application is complete, including a detailed situation sketch and layout with dimensions. We use this information to verify accessibility status.
We review and approve the plans. If the plans do not comply, we will contact you.
Place your order by signing and uploading the purchase order.
Epsilon Cities will agree on a provisional installation date with you.
Pay the invoice you receive.
Provide evidence of preparatory work through the platform.
Schedule a final installation date with Epsilon Cities.
After installation, we will dress the shelter with the correct informational posters and stop sign, and conduct an on-site inspection to verify accessibility status.
Custom Design
Send us the design of the bus stop via email at halte.accommodatie@delijn.be.
We will ensure everything complies with our guidelines.
