On Wednesdays and Saturdays, residents of Torhout can travel for free on De Lijn buses within the territory of Torhout.

Go to www.delijn.be/torhoutmarkt.
Complete a one-off registration with your surname, first name, email address and telephone number.
Then choose the number of free bus tickets you want to purchase (maximum 10).
When you are at the bus stop, go to www.delijn.be/torhoutmarkt on your smartphone and activate one or more tickets by tapping the ‘Activate’ button. You can use an active ticket for one outward and one return journey under the above-mentioned conditions.
Show your active ticket to the driver when you board.*
Important:
You can only activate a purchased ticket on a Wednesday or Saturday.
