Ghent: works Petercelle axis
The city of Ghent, FARYS and De Lijn are planning the integral renewal of many streets between the city ring road (R40) to the Korenmarkt. Due to the reconstruction of this 'Petercelle axis', consisting of Kortrijksepoortstraat, Nederkouter, Koophandelsplein and Veldstraat, tram line T1 cannot run between Sint-Pietersstation and Korenmarkt.

Travel routes tram T1
Tram T1 Flanders Expo - Gent Sint-Pietersstation - Kouter - Zuid - Gentbrugge Stelplaats
Due to the works on the Petercelle axis, the tram will run from Flanders Expo via Sint-Pietersstation, Rozemarijnbrug and Kouter to Gent Zuid, with terminus Gentbrugge Stelplaats.
After the reconstruction of the Petercelle axis, the tram will run from Sint-Pieters station via Kortrijksesteenweg, Kortrijksepoortstraat, Verlorenkost, Veldstraat/Korte Meer to Korenmarkt, with a final stop at Muidebrug.
