Together for a pleasant journey

Every day, travelers share the same bus or tram. A small gesture, a little understanding, and good agreements make the ride pleasant for everyone.

This is how we keep things respectful, safe, and clean

Many buses and trams are equipped with cameras. This helps us ensure a safe environment for passengers and employees.

A folded bike or scooter takes up less space. This leaves more room and makes it easier for everyone to move around or get on and off.

Enjoy music, videos, or phone calls during your ride, but use earbuds. It’s a small effort, but it makes a big difference for other passengers.

Everyone likes to ride on a clean bus or tram. That’s why we ask that you refrain from eating or drinking on board.

Getting off? Then take your trash with you and throw it in a trash can.

Some passengers need a seat more than others. Give your seat to someone who really needs it.

You’ll also find these messages on our buses and trams. Together, we’ll make every ride a pleasant journey.
