How to get there

Bicycle

You can easily cycle to De Lijn’s head office. The route between nodes 58 and 93 of the numbered-node cycle network will take you along the Dijle Canal to close to the headquarters building. Visit the Fietsnet website for more information about the location of these nodes. There is a cycle path on Motstraat. You can leave your bicycle in a covered shelter at the front of the building.

By bus or train

The De Lijn building is a 10-minute walk from Mechelen railway station, where trains from all over the country stop very frequently. You will also find numerous bus services there. Leave the station through the back. The works leave you with little choice of route: all you can do is follow the path.  Walk straight ahead. You will go past a sports hall. At Bautersemstraat, turn left. Turn right at the junction. You will find De Lijn on your left (walking route map).

By car

There is a visitor car park to the left of the building. This only has 8 parking spaces, with 1 parking space for the disabled. At the back, in the raised car park, there are additional parking spaces which are for staff only. There are also parking spaces for staff to the right of the building.
