Unexpected disruptions and diversions
Not all diversions are scheduled. Our buses and trams are also affected by unexpected situations such as road subsidence, events, incorrectly parked vehicles or even sudden snowfall.
What is an unplanned outage and how will it affect my trip?
Sometimes your bus or tram cannot (partially) continue the journey due to a sudden event. Think of a detour due to a serious accident or unexpected work due to a water leak.
Stop and line page
A red bar indicates such an unplanned disruption on the stop or line side.
