To ensure compliance with guidelines on social distancing, all dial-a-bus trips are cancelled. Our passengers need to be able to keep a sufficient distance from one another on our vehicles, and our dial-a-buses are too small for this to be possible.
All bookings that have been made are cancelled. No new bookings are possible. All dial-a-bus customers who have made a booking for the weeks ahead will be contacted personally by telephone by our dial-a-bus switchboard.
You can take the bus, even in thinly populated areas. To provide public transport in a cost efficient way we use the dial-a-bus here. These buses only run on request. They do not have a set route or timetable. The bus only stops at the De Lijn stops that are requested in advance from the dial-a-bus switchboard. The fares and tickets from De Lijn are also valid on the dial-a-bus.

Christmas Eve: December 24 at 6:00 PM
New Year's Eve: December 31 at 6:00 PM

How to book?
Contact the dial-a-bus switchboard of the province where your dial-a-bus operates. The telephone receptionist needs the following information to make a booking:
Name, address, telephone number when you are booking for the first time. You will then be given an customer number with which you can make bookings.
Desired date and time of departure
Boarding and disembarking stops
Number of passengers
Only the deaf, the hearing impaired or people with aphasia can book via fax.
