Extra time with the Antwerp X-lines

This bus directly connects Rumst and Kontich with Antwerp.

• On weekdays, there is at least a connection every half hour to Antwerp, and on Saturdays, it's every hour.

• Starting July 1, 2026, this line will also operate on Sundays.

This line provides a direct connection between the Kempen and Antwerp, with stops including Turnhout, Vosselaar, Beerse, Lille, Malle, and Zoersel.

• On weekdays and Saturdays, it runs every fifteen minutes (until 6 PM), and on Sundays, every half hour.

• On weekdays and Saturdays, you can take it extra early and late, with the last departure from Antwerp at 1:45 a.m., and on Sundays until 12:45 a.m.

For large parts of the route, the X41 uses dedicated bus lanes, allowing you to smoothly bypass traffic.

Another option is line 416 Turnhout-Wechelderzande-Antwerp. It supplements the X41 during rush hour, providing even more frequent service to Antwerp.

This bus connects Herentals and the surrounding municipalities with Antwerp via Grobbendonk and Massenhoven.

• On weekdays and Saturdays the X42 runs every half hour in the (early) morning and throughout the day, and every hour in the evening.

• You can also count on the X42 running at least every hour on Sundays and holidays, although service is more limited on weekends.

The line runs partly on dedicated bus lanes along the E313.
