Digital boarding

Discover ‘Digital boarding’: the feature that allows you to register as a subscriber digitally when you board or transfer.

This gives you, as a subscriber, the opportunity to register your onward or reverse journey digitally. This is done via our app – so you no longer have to queue at the yellow validator to scan your MOBIB card.

Digital boarding: good to know

For each account, you can only activate digital boarding for one travel pass and on one device. You can switch devices up to three times per calendar year.

Unfortunately, this feature isn’t available if you have a City Pass, Brupass (XL), the Student Bus Pass or for flexible transport.

You no longer need to carry a MOBIB card, but it could still come in handy. The battery of your smartphone could be flat or the Internet connection could be unstable... and you’ll still need a valid ticket!
