How can your company/organization purchase tickets and ride cards on invoice for your employees?
Via the De Lijn Business Portal you can easily buy digital Business 10-ride and 50-ride cards with no minimum order quantity.
Would you like to buy physical tickets and ride cards? Please send the following information by email (dienst.verkoop@delijn.be):
the desired number of tickets, 10-ride cards and/or 50-ride cards;
number of units requested (minimum value of 300 euros incl. VAT);
billing and delivery details;
contact person, email, and phone number;
company number or VAT number.
How can your employees buy tickets or ride cards themselves?
The employee can purchase the travel ticket themselves through various sales channels and request reimbursement from the employer. If the ticket is bought via the app or website, a proof of payment can be created.
