We regularly optimize our network
We constantly scrutinise our travellers' experiences, we listen and analyse all questions. We do this, for example, by better aligning the schedule with new train and/or school hours, shifting a trip to accommodate more passengers, or adjusting the frequency or route in certain areas to match use or demand. In this way, we ensure a reliable and efficient service for everyone, across all regions.
