Two early morning trips from Aalst are no longer running.
We are adjusting the departure time of another trip to accommodate passengers from Aalst to the Odisee college campus.
Aalst - Lebbeke - Dendermonde - Hamme - Sint-Niklaas
From now on, runs every half hour on Saturdays between Aalst and Herdersem.
Hamme - Moerzeke - Kastel
This line is disappearing.
Alternatives:
Line 912: also runs 8 trips during school vacations.
Flexible transport in the region.
Gent Sint-Pieters – Melle – Kwatrecht Trianval – Wetteren – Dendermonde
This new line takes over the trips via Kwatrecht Trianval and via Kwatrecht Oosterzelesteenweg from line 238.
The trips of line 238 that serve Mariagaard will now all travel via the Biezeweg between Ghent and Wetteren.
Gent Sint-Pieters – Melle – Kwatrecht Mariagaard – Wetteren – Dendermonde
Only the trips via Kwatrecht Mariagaard are still being operated.

After 9 PM, there are fewer trips.
We distribute the trips on line 5a and 5b more evenly.

We will distribute the trips of line 5a and -b more regularly after 9 PM.
Wondelgem – Gent Sint-Pieters – Merelbeke Station
Has an adjusted route starting from Gentbrugge Schooldreef.
From now on, it will travel via Melle Leeuw to Merelbeke Station.
It will no longer go through Gentbrugge Groenigewijk.
Wondelgem – Gent Sint-Pieters – Gentbrugge
Stops from Monday to Thursday will now be a bit earlier.
The last two trips will be canceled.

Runs more trips between Ghent and Melle College.
On weekdays throughout the day every fifteen minutes.
On Saturdays every half hour.
Runs from Monday to Saturday evenings longer to Melle College.
From Monday to Thursday, the last trip is at 11:21 PM at Ghent-Saint-Peter's Station.
On Friday and Sunday, the last trip is at 12:21 AM at Ghent-Saint-Peter's Station.
Gent Zuid – Dampoort – Destelbergen
The travel route is limited between Gent Zuid and Destelbergen Damvalleistraat.
Runs until around 8 PM. Alternative:
Bus line 34 is running extra trips between Gent-Sint-Pieter and Destelbergen Kerk.
Alternatives between Gent Zuid and Melle College:
Bus line 20 Gent Sint-Pieters – Melle – Oordegem – Aalst will run more trips between Gent and Melle College from Monday to Saturday and later in the evening to Melle College.
Alternatives to travel between Gent Zuid, Merelbeke Flora, and Vogelhoek:
Bus lines 40, 41, and 42 run between Gent Zuid and the Merelbeke Van Goethemstraat stop.
Bus line 9a Wondelgem – Gent Sint-Pieters – Merelbeke Station will now run every 15 minutes between Merelbeke Station via Melle Leeuw to Gent-Sint-Pieters Station.
Gent – Destelbergen – Laarne – Wetteren
The route of this line is limited between Gent Sint-Pieters and Wetteren.
Additional trips run after 8 PM between Destelbergen Kerk and Gent Sint-Pieters.
Alternatives:
New line 801 between Gent Sint-Pieters and Sint-Martens-Leerne.
To De Pinte: lines 76, 77, 78, or the train.

We are combining some rides.
Partly takes over service to the industrial zone from the former line 497.
Gent Sint-Pieters – Drongen – Eeklo – Maldegem – Brugge
Gets a shorter route between Vinderhoute Neerstraat and Drongen Rotonde.
Will now serve the Mariakerksesteenweg and new stops Drongen Beekstraat and Drongen Kerkhof.
Line 12b will take over the service of Antoon Catriestraat and Luchteren from line 50.
Belzele – Evergem – Doornzele
This line is being discontinued.

The timetable changes slightly.
Gent Sint-Pieters – Sint-Martens-Latem – Leerne – Nevele – Lotenhulle
This new line is a combination of line 34 and 834.
It follows the former route of line 34 between Gent Sint-Pieters and Sint-Martens-Leerne Dorp.
Between Sint-Martens-Leerne Dorp and Nevele Stelplaats (- Lotenhulle Guldensporenplein), it takes over the route of line 834.
There are more trips between Nevele and Gent, now also in both directions during peak hours.
Dikkelvenne – Gavere – Nazareth – Deinze
Now only runs between Meilegem Dorp and Deinze.
Only conducts school trips for the schools in Deinze.
Alternative between Gavere and Zottegem: line 48.

The route is limited between Bellem and Deinze.

Kruibeke – Beveren
Operates only 4 trips on school days.

Flexible transport Waasland region
We are reorganizing the flexible transport in the region. The current two flexible areas are being divided into three new areas:
Region Waasland East: This flex bus operates in Stekene, Sint-Gillis-Waas, Sint-Niklaas (including all districts), Temse, and Waasmunster. It also takes you to the Bornem Hospital (AZ Rivierenland). In the merged municipality Beveren-Kruibeke-Zwijndrecht, you will now use the flex bus from the Antwerp Left Bank region.
Region Waasland West: This flex bus operates in Lokeren (including all districts), Waasmunster, and Zele. It also takes you to the provincial domain Puyenbroeck (Wachtebeke).
Region Waasland North: This flex bus operates in Moerbeke (Lokeren), Stekene, and Sint-Gillis-Waas. It also allows you to cross the border to Hulst (Netherlands).
Sint-Niklaas and Waasmunster will thus have a full-fledged flex bus service.
