Rely on these lines
Do you normally use line 13? Don’t worry, there are still various options for getting to your destination.
Travelling between Leuven and Heverlee? There’s a bus on the renovated line 2 or the new line 12 every 10 minutes.
Travelling between Blanden and Leuven? Hop onto the new line 15 or use TEC line 18 for free (on Flemish territory only!).
Free travel for travel pass holders on TEC line 18
As a travel pass holder, you can use TEC line 18 for free on Flemish territory (as far as the Bierbeek Sint-Theresiakapel stop).
You can request a paper voucher for this at the Lijnwinkel in Leuven. This allows you to travel for free on TEC line 18 in combination with your active De Lijn subscription.
Note: Digital boarding is not possible on TEC lines.
How does the new voucher work?
The voucher contains personal information, such as your MOBIB card number and expiry date.
